About Dr. Kailee Lenczycki, DNP, PMHNP-BC
I’m here to help you in your journey from healing to thriving.
I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) based in Colorado, but “home” will always be the Midwest. With over 15 years of professional experience in mental health, I’ve been practicing as a PMHNP for the past 7 years. I specialize in helping adults find balance in their lives by combining psychiatric medication with the natural benefits of holistic treatment. I recognize the challenges my patients face in balancing their mental health with their everyday responsibilities. My passion lies in providing personalized, comprehensive care to empower my patients toward optimal wellness.
I graduated with my Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2017 from Rush University and am board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Across the Lifespan. My clinical background encompasses a wide array of experiences, spanning from therapeutic community work with justice-involved individuals to delivering inpatient psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment. Additionally, I’ve worked with transcranial magnetic stimulation and provided care to groups experiencing disadvantage in community mental health settings.
As a mother of young children, I intimately understand the challenges of balancing the demands of motherhood with personal goals and a thriving career. This experience deepens my capacity to connect with and truly understand the challenges faced by women during their reproductive years. My expertise combined with my empathetic approach ensures my patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
You can find me spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, cooking a new recipe, relaxing with a good book, or trying to keep up with our Husky!
